About the Water System
Community Well
The neighborhood manages its own well for water usage by its residents. Most of the homes are connected to the community well water system, although a handful are on city water. The well water system is analyzed multiple times a year to ensure water quality. Well water rates are lower than that in comparative neighborhoods.
