Maintenance of our lake, which includes safe chemical treatments, aerators in certain locations and clearing of shoreline muck.
Maintenance of our common areas, such as the beach/park , entrance and cul-de-sacs.
Postage, paper and miscellaneous office supplies.
Legal fees and permits
Directors insurance
Social activities
Website operation costs
