Including:
- Maintenance of our lake, which includes safe chemical treatments, aerators in certain locations and clearing of shoreline muck.
- Maintenance of our common areas, such as the beach/park , entrance and cul-de-sacs.
- Postage, paper and miscellaneous office supplies.
- Legal fees and permits
- Directors insurance
- Social activities
- Website operation costs
